Minnesota Governor Dayton signs amended “60-Day Rule” statute into law.

For years, Nick has helped lead a coalition of fellow property tax attorneys, assistant county attorneys, and county assessors in drafting language to clarify what information taxpayers must furnish when tax appeals are filed on behalf of income-producing property. The amended statute also gives taxpayers an additional 30 days to gather and produce the information.
