Kristen has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. Kristen began her career in commercial real estate after obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University.
Kristen has been a senior property manager and leasing agent for office, retail, and light industrial properties for locally based Wellington Management, Inc., Sherman Associates, and Gaughan Companies. In addition to earning a mini-MBA in real estate development and a paralegal certificate, Kristen has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM. Because of Kristen’s extensive property management and leasing experience, she understands the needs of our clients and is able to communicate with them on all levels.
